Prepaid Reloadable Cards Program Discontinuing
September 1, 2024 – We will no longer renew or replace prepaid reloadable cards.
Cards that expire during or after September 2024 will not be renewed. If your prepaid reloadable card expires or is lost or stolen, please contact us to obtain a refund of your remaining balance. If you have direct deposit or recurring payments with this prepaid card account, please take the necessary steps to update your payment preferences at this time.
March 3, 2025 – The reload feature will be turned off.
The option to add funds to prepaid reloadable cards will be turned off on March 3, 2025. For balance inquiries, reference the website or phone number found on the back of the card.
May 1, 2025 – All prepaid reloadable cards will be closed.
All remaining prepaid reloadable card accounts will be closed, and any remaining balance will be refunded. To ensure a smooth refund process, please verify the contact information on your prepaid reloadable card prior to May 1, 2025. For information regarding your refund or alternative product options, please contact us.
Prepaid Gift Card Program Discontinuing
After careful consideration, MSDFCU has decided to discontinue our Prepaid Gift Cards program.
On January 6, 2025, we will stop issuing new prepaid gift cards. You are encouraged to use your gift card for purchases until the balance becomes $0. Verify your remaining balance at this website or by calling the number on the back of your card (866) 902-6082. If your prepaid gift card expires or is lost or stolen on or after this date, please contact us to obtain a refund of your remaining balance.
