Notice To CardHolders

Our Prepaid Reloadable Cards program is discontinuing.

Beginning on September 1, 2024, Reloadable cards will no longer be issued. If your prepaid reloadable card expires or is lost or stolen on or after this date, please call or visit a local branch to request a refund of your remaining balance. On March 3, 2025, the option to add funds to an existing prepaid reloadable card will be turned off.

Effective May 1, 2025, your prepaid reloadable card will be closed, and any remaining balance will be refunded by the credit union.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please verify the contact information on your prepaid reloadable card prior to May 1, 2025.
