Will my funds always arrive early?
No. Early availability is not guaranteed and may vary from deposit to deposit, including those from the same payor. The availability of early access depends on when we receive notice from your payor that the funds are on their way and any limits we impose on the early availability amount. Here are a few reasons you may not see your funds early.
- Your deposit isn’t sent earlier by your employer or payer
- There’s a payroll system issue from your payer
- Other limitations we set on the account, including standard fraud prevention
*Access to funds depends on the timing of the submission of the payment.
